Do you charge for your first meeting?

Our first meeting is FREE.  This is our design consultation where we will discuss your needs, take initial measurements and get an overall feel of the project

What is my role in the process?

A:

Along approving designs, the most important need is to keep an active line of communication with our team so that we can better serve you.

Q:

How much is this going to cost me?

A:

Cost depends on the type of job and how much is going into the project.  Some of these determining factors are square footage, interaction with client, amount of material ordered and outside costs such as contractors.

How do I pay for your interior design services?

A:

We accept cash, check or charge.

Q:

Can I choose the style I like?

A:

We work with you to figure out which style you like and come up with a solution to best suit your space.

Do you work in a specific style?

A:

Style is limitless so we try not to limit ourselves.  We use the inspiration of the project in combination with your tastes to deliver a solution in your style.

Is their a room you won’t design?

A:

We will design any space, as long as it’s legal and are always up for a challenge.

Q:

Do you use environmental and sustainable products?

A:

Yes, we have a wide selection of LEED certified products to choose from.

How often can I contact you?

A:

As our client you are free to contact us at any time you have a question or comment.  You can also use our client area to keep everyone in the project up to date.

Will your team do the installation?

A:

Matchbox Interiors does not do the installations but we can recommend contractors and installers at no additional fee.

Q:

Do you charge a restocking fee?

A:

We do not charge a restocking fee but you may be subject to our venders and manufactures fee.
